Dr. Rich Elsasser is currently serving as the executive director of the Education Service Center Region 13. Prior to becoming executive director, Dr. Elsasser served as superintendent of Fayetteville ISD, after having served at the Education Service Center Region 13 in a previous role as a program coordinator for our superintendent and principal certification programs.
